InterGlobe Enterprises’ Group Managing Director, Rahul Bhatia, and former Tech Mahindra CEO, CP Gurnani, have joined forces for a groundbreaking venture in the realm of artificial intelligence (AI).
Their brainchild, unveiled on Tuesday as ‘AIonOS,’ promises to revolutionize industries through AI-driven services, data engineering, and a harmonization platform. Bhatia envisions integrating AI across diverse sectors, aiming to leverage its transformative potential to drive innovation and efficiency.
Under Gurnani’s leadership as the Executive Vice-Chairman, AIonOS will operate across four key business lines, each overseen by dedicated leaders. With InterGlobe as the majority shareholder, backed by the Assago Group, the venture boasts solid financial footing to support its ambitious goals.
Emphasizing its global reach, AIonOS is headquartered in Singapore, with key personnel already in place. Additionally, the company plans to establish a presence across North America, India, the Middle East, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region. Operating centers in NCR, Chennai, and Hyderabad, with two centers already operational in NCR, ensure proximity to customers and efficient service delivery.
Gurnani underlines the company’s customer-centric approach, announcing plans to open offices in Europe and North America over the next three months.
